Eight years behind the lens
I'm Suraj, founder and lead filmmaker at Weddings by Voyage. For over eight years I've been telling stories through both photography and film — two crafts I refuse to separate, because a wedding deserves the stillness of a photograph and the breath of a moving image.
I work quietly. You won't find me directing your day or interrupting your moments. I stay close, stay patient, and wait for the real thing — the held glance, the unguarded laugh, the tear someone tried to hide.
Every couple I take on gets my full attention, which is exactly why I take on only a limited number of weddings each season.
It's the unscripted seconds that matter most. The gentle smile, the brief eye contact, the laughter that settles into memory.
